Somatic healing that dissolves triggers — not just manages them.

IMG_5715.heic
For those who’ve done the work—and know there’s more.

First-time clients only. Virtual nationwide & in person in Atlanta.

You've done the work.

So, you can regulate.

You understand your patterns.

You can calm yourself when you’re activated.

And still — you get triggered.

You know why you react… but you still react.

You can settle your nervous system… but you don’t feel free.

You’re not missing anything, friend.

You’ve simply reached the edge of what regulation can do.

Most somatic work teaches you how to calm yourself after the trigger hits — but not how to stop getting triggered in the first place.

Inquiry Meditation (IM) is a body-based trauma-resolution modality that dissolves the protection impulse before it fires — so the trigger stops arising in the first place.

This is post-somatic healing:

an evolution beyond nervous system management into nervous system resolution.

You don’t get better at handling your triggers.

You stop getting triggered.

Hi, I’m Leslie.

I work with people who’ve put in the work — and are ready for the shift where their patterns actually dissolve.

If you’ve done therapy, somatic work, journaling, yoga, breathwork… and something is still tight, stuck, or hurting:

Welcome.

The deep healing you've been seeking — the kind that lasts — is here.

And it begins in your very first session.

A two-hour healing immersion where real change starts immediately

In your first session, you will:

  • Feel real relief around whatever acute pain brought you here

  • Sense your system soften — deeply and safely

  • See exactly what's been happening inside (with a healing degree of clarity)

  • Learn the IM process so you can use it independently as things arise — not after the fact

The IM Experience isn’t “prep” for healing.

It is healing — direct, gentle, and immediate.

You will feel different in your body.

Softer. Safer. Happier.

Right there, in real time, during your session.

 The IM Experience

This is somatic trauma healing for people who still get triggered — even after years of deep inner work.

"As a licensed therapist with decades of personal experience in therapy, I did not anticipate such a profoundly healing experience with Leslie.
However, her natural gifts as a guide, facilitator, and healer helped me unlock childhood trauma stored in my body.
In just a few sessions, she guided me to access and work with long-buried parts of myself in a way that traditional talk therapy never had."

What makes IM different

IM doesn’t try to manage your reaction.

It meets the instinct that creates the reaction — the bracing, collapsing, freezing, fawning, shutting down, disappearing.

And when that protective impulse is met — not controlled, not overridden — it relaxes.

Right there, during session, the system reorganizes.

So instead of:

“I got triggered but I calmed myself.”

People begin saying:

“That thing happened… and I didn’t get triggered.”

“I was honestly surprised by how deeply things shifted — not just during the session, but long after. It felt like long-held tension just melted away, and I was left with a sense of peace and connection to myself I didn’t know was possible. I’m still unfolding from the impact.”

What this looks like in real life

Session by session, people don’t just feel regulated.

They feel capable in situations that used to collapse or overwhelm them.

Examples:

  • You can stay present during conflict without dissociating.

  • You can speak up when something feels off rather than freezing or over-accommodating.

  • When your mother visits, you don’t revert to a scared younger version of yourself — you stay in your adult body.

  • You stop bracing for someone to hurt you or leave you, so relationships feel safer and clearer.

  • You don’t spend hours spiraling after a trigger — the reaction simply doesn’t grip you in the same way.

This isn’t coping with trauma.

This is resolving it.

And if you’ve never done somatic work before — you are welcome here too.

Some clients come from talk therapy or self-guided healing experience… and their bodies take to IM beautifully.

You don’t need somatic background — just curiosity and willingness to notice what’s happening inside you.

IM Journey Reflection

"Before working with Leslie, I had spent years in talk therapy. Those experiences helped me understand my story, but I often found myself circling around the same challenges without feeling real resolution. I would talk about the problem, analyze it from every angle, and still leave wondering what to actually do about it. What I didn’t realize until I started working with Leslie was that the action I’d been searching for wasn’t something external, it was internal.

From the very first session, Leslie created a space that felt safe, grounding, and deeply human. Her energy invites honesty. She has a presence that helps you open up, not just in conversation, but in your body, in your breath, in your being. Through her guidance, I learned that breathing isn’t just something we do automatically, it’s a pathway to reconnect with yourself.

Since working with her, I find myself breathing through things I would’ve once spiraled over. I’m less anxious. My relationships have improved, especially the one with myself. I feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded in who I am.

The biggest gift Leslie gave me is the realization that everything I need to be okay, to heal, to grow, is already within me. It’s about slowing down, sitting with myself, listening to what my body is saying, and trusting that wisdom. She also reminded me that healing doesn’t have to hurt. It can be gentle, beautiful, and even pleasurable.

My time with Leslie has been nothing short of transformative. Words can’t fully express how much I’ve grown through our work together, but I know I’m still unfolding from that experience every day. I would recommend her to anyone ready to truly come home to themselves."
